Designed for ages 7 and up, the Kick Star Program combines disciplined martial arts training with a competitive, high-energy atmosphere. Students begin by mastering the fundamentals, building strength, confidence, focus, and the courage to perform under pressure. As they advance, they are challenged with more demanding techniques, performance skills, and goal-driven training that pushes them to reach the next level. More than a martial arts program, Kick Star develops driven students, strong leaders, and confident martial artists who are prepared to stand out at school, at work, in competition, and throughout their community.
